GDPR - Our privacy policy
From May 25th, 2018, it enters into force Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
In this regard, as of May 25, 2018, Icy Style Ltd. introduces the following changes to the Privacy Policy:
Icy Style Ltd. as a data controller, processes the personal data that customers provide when sending e-mail requests to our website in accordance with the privacy regulations.
Icy Style Ltd. as a merchant guarantees its customers the confidentiality of the personal data provided.
Icy Style Ltd. undertakes not to disclose any personal information about third-parties clients – state authorities, companies, individuals, etc., unless:- has the explicit consent of the client;
- the information is requested by state authorities or officials who, under the current legislation, have the right to request and collect such information and the trader is obliged to provide the information by law;
- the information is needed by third parties for the performance of the requested service according to the placed order - courier services and other service operators, which are executed as part of the request.
Processing of personal data
When you visit our website, our web server stores information about the browsers and operating systems you use, the web pages you visit with us, the date of your visit, and for a period of seven days the IP address assigned to you by your ISP, for protection, e.g. when recognizing attacks on our website.
With the exception of the IP address, personal data are only stored when they are provided by you.
Use and transmission of personal data and purposeful engagement
Icy Style Ltd. uses your personal data for customer management and marketing, only in the case of voluntary provision by the customer.
The transfer of personal data to state authorities shall be carried out only within the framework of the mandatory provisions of the current legislation. Our employees are bound by the obligation of confidentiality.
Security
Icy Style Ltd. takes technical and organizational security measures to protect the data from manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are constantly being refined in line with technological developments.
Right to information and right to erasure
On demand, Icy Style Ltd. will inform you within the legally stipulated term, whether your personal data are stored and what they are. It is your right to wish to have them deleted, for which you need to send an email with your request to icy@icy-bg.com.
